Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the daily coordination of plant activities. You will be responsible for managing production data, handling the administrative aspects of operations, and providing logistical support to the supervisory team.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Monday to Friday
Work Mode: 100% on-site, with 1 day per week working from home
Vacation: 2 to 3 weeks (based on experience)
Personal Days: 6 sick/personal days per year
Benefits: Comprehensive insurance package available after 3 months
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Production data entry and tracking: Record daily manufacturing reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and update systems.
Production team support: Assist supervisors and managers with schedule management, presentation preparation, and report writing.
Materials management and procurement: Place orders for office supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and factory consumables.
Health, safety, and training coordination: Maintain factory staff training records and assist in tracking occupational health and safety (OHS) files.
Internal communication: Ensure the smooth flow of information between the production, logistics, maintenance, and human resources departments.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Full bilingualism (French/English) required; advanced English proficiency is essential due to daily communication with the US and Europe.
Excel proficiency: Intermediate level required
SAP (an asset)
Multitasking ability
Team spirit
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle urgent matters
