Salary: $60k – $62k per year
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
Work Environment & Flexibility
Training Period: 100% on-site during the initial training phase.
Hybrid Model: Once approved by the manager, a hybrid schedule is available (3 days in-office / 2 days from home).

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Request Management: Handle technical assistance calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Operational Support: Issue work orders and process relevant data for the programming team.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with programmers, coordinators, and the billing department to ensure project flow.
Quality Control: Analyze work orders, perform data entry (supporting the upcoming Salesforce implementation), and ensure all files are complete and accurate before being sent to billing.
Customer Service: Proactively communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to gather any missing information required for file completion.
Qualifications
Desired Profile
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant experience as an Operations Administrative Assistant.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in French (written and spoken). A basic level of English is sufficient for daily tasks, though a willingness to use it regularly is a strong asset.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and a natural ease in learning new ERP/CRM systems (specifically Salesforce).
Core Competencies: High level of rigor and attention to detail, excellent priority management, and a strong team-oriented mindset (essential for a collaborative open-office environment).
