Salary: $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities
As an administrative assistant in Contrecoeur, your responsibilities will include:
-Maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external clients.
-Demonstrate strong team spirit within the Technical Services group; monitor and ensure the completion of daily tasks essential to the team's smooth operation.
-Collaborate with Technical Services Representatives to ensure a high level of customer service during work preparation and execution.
-Provide administrative support to the Technical Services department.
-Assist with data entry for work-related documents.
-Organize and file documents and records.
-Contact clients as needed.
-Generate consumption reports.
-Create client invoices based on work orders and related documents.
Qualifications
As an administrative assistant in Contrecoeur, your responsibilities will include:
