Responsibilities
Project Documentation: Manage and organize submittals, RFI logs, and site reports to ensure project timelines remain on track.
Operational Support: Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication.
Data Management: Handle payroll entries, invoice processing, and compliance documentation specific to construction regulations.
Office Oversight: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for blueprints, permits, and safety records.
Qualifications
Industry Savvy: You possess a solid understanding of construction terminology and workflows (e.g., lien waivers, insurance certificates, or safety protocols).
Highly Organized: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to data accuracy and scheduling.
Adaptable: You are comfortable pivoting between administrative tasks and urgent site-related requests.
Tech-Savy: Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with construction management software is a significant asset.
