Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant;
⦁Prepare materials and presentations for client meetings.
⦁Interpret and prepare claims reports for clients.
⦁Provide ongoing support and backup for the service team.
⦁Provide clients with a superior level of service.
⦁Aid in different department projects as required.
⦁Manage and organize client files and documentation.
⦁Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
⦁Coordinate meetings and appointments for the service team.
⦁Support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
Requirements
⦁A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative
⦁Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support administrative functions.
⦁Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⦁Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
⦁Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
⦁Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
