Manage phone calls, emails, and general requests
Organize and maintain filing systems and administrative records
Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments for team members
Create and manage documents using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience in administrative support in an office setting (an asset)
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Sage (an asset)
Bilingual in French and English is required (frequent communication with English-speaking clients)
