Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours/day)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate based on experience 24-32$/hour

Manage critical administrative operations including personnel movements, billing, and internal staffing support.
Oversee inventory, equipment management, and the meticulous tracking of expense accounts.
Produce, review, and update essential dashboards, statistics, and administrative reports.
Perform quality controls on administrative processes, identifying gaps and proposing proactive solutions.
Draft, format, and perform linguistic reviews on official documents across various sectors.
This role requires English proficiency to serve our national/international clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar administrative or coordination role.
Tech Stack: Mastery of Office 365 with Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation and reporting).
Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, rigorous attention to detail, and a knack for team collaboration.
This role requires English proficiency to serve our national/international clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
