Advantages
Schedule: * Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
Occasional weekend availability may be required (not every week).
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (depending on experience).
Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation.
Peak Season (April-November must be available to work) during the quieter seasons you are able to take some more time off.
Commuter Perk: coverage for gas/fuel or electric vehicle charging.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Client Relations
Act as the first point of contact by greeting customers and handling incoming phone calls.
Manage the collection of cash payments from clients with accuracy and discretion.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company’s values to every visitor.
2. Administrative Support & Operations
Provide high-level support to various team members and departments.
Handle essential office tasks: filing, scanning, and meticulous data entry.
Manage all "behind the scenes" logistics to ensure an organized work environment.
Coordinate and create schedules for the team to optimize daily workflow.
3. Financial & Documentation Support
Prepare and issue client invoices.
Perform light accounting tasks and basic bookkeeping.
Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English and French ) (Spoken and Written)
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or office support role.
Skills: Strong proficiency in data entry and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Financial Literacy: Comfortable handling cash and understanding basic invoicing/accounting principles.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and create schedules.
Communication: Professional phone etiquette and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
