Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant in Compliance, you will have a pivotal and varied role:
You will accurately manage the administrative documentation related to the company's patents, certifications, and registrations.
You will ensure the weekly review of essential data and process information for the compliance department.
You will perform data entry and transfer information between various systems, notably from Sharepoint to a new platform.
You will actively contribute to keeping records up to date by applying great rigor and a constant attention to detail.
You will provide administrative support by utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint, to prepare various documents.
You will work closely with the Head of the Compliance Department to ensure the efficiency and fluidity of administrative processes as an Administrative Assistant.
Qualifications

You are perfectly bilingual or very comfortable in English, both written and spoken, to read and comprehend specialized documents in the industry.
You demonstrate excellent proficiency with office tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint, and are comfortable learning new technologies.
You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to show initiative in successfully completing your tasks.
You have relevant experience in administrative support or a similar role, ideally in a corporate context requiring high attention to detail.
