Under the supervision of the department manager, the Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role is key in supporting internal activities, coordinating communications, managing information, and providing logistical support to the teams.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize internal and external meetings
-Prepare and proofread administrative documents, reports, presentations, emails, etc.
-Ensure proper document management and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
-Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and expense reports
-Serve as a liaison between departments
-Support the organization of internal events (training sessions, conferences, visits)
-Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner
-Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-College diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field.
-2–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
-Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
-Autonomous, discreet, reliable, and a strong team player.
