We are looking for a rigorous and versatile administrative assistant to support our daily operations. You will be responsible for managing calls, drafting documents, filing, and general administrative support.

Telephone reception and e-mail management
Drafting, layout and follow-up of documents
Organising meetings and updating files
Providing administrative support to various departments
Qualifications
DEP or DEC in secretarial or administrative work
Good command of Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills in French (English an asset)
Thoroughness, autonomy and organisational skills
