As an administrative assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will support management and the management team in various administrative tasks, ensuring rigorous and professional follow-up.

Responsibilities
Main tasks:
Handling emails, calls and correspondence
Drafting, formatting and correcting administrative documents
Organising meetings and managing the management diary
Maintain physical and electronic files
Assist with the preparation of documents for the sale of the company (reports, inventories, contracts, etc.)
Collaborate with external accountants, lawyers or consultants as required
Provide general office support (orders, filing, logistical follow-up)
Qualifications
âś… Qualifications required
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position
Excellent command of spoken and written French and English (an asset)
Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organisational skills, discretion and autonomy
Proactive attitude, team spirit, adaptability
