Reporting to the Administrative Director, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team in managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of a permanent position depending on performance and the needs of the company.

Responsibilities

Handle calls, e-mails and incoming and outgoing mail
Preparing, correcting and formatting various administrative documents
Filing and physical and digital archiving of files
Update databases and spreadsheets
Assisting the team in coordinating meetings, logistics and monitoring files
Perform other related tasks as required
Qualifications
Qualifications required
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or College Diploma (ACS/DEC) in office automation, administration or related field
Excellent command of French (oral and written) and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
