Reporting to the director or department manager, the administrative assistant provides administrative and organizational support to the team. She contributes to the smooth running of internal operations thanks to her thoroughness, versatility, and excellent sense of service.

Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the team
Manage emails, calls, and internal documents
Organize appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
Draft and revise various documents (letters, reports, etc.)
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) – bilingualism essential
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Good command of office software (Office Suite, etc.)
Discretion, rigor, and autonomy
