Join our metal/manufacturing company as an Administrative Assistant! Responsibilities
Manage general correspondence (emails, calls, mail) and ensure professional follow-up.
Ensure document management and rigorous filing of records (clients, suppliers, production).
Prepare, revise, and format various administrative documents and reports (quotes, purchase orders, invoices).
Coordinate schedules and calendars for the management team or production departments.
Support the Accounting or Purchasing department by performing data entry and invoice tracking.
Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth logistical functioning of the office.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a major asset).
Education: Diploma of Professional Studies (DEP) or Collegial Studies (DEC) in Office Administration, or equivalent.
Technology: Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingualism: Functional in both French and English (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
Qualities:
Organizational Skills and Rigor: Ability to manage multiple priorities and impeccable attention to detail.
Autonomy and Proactivity: Initiative-taking to improve administrative processes.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
