Responsibilities
Generate and process invoices for service contracts, meter readings, supply orders, and repairs.
Review service orders, parts usage, and labor entries to ensure accuracy prior to billing.
Maintain up-to-date billing schedules for recurring services and managed print services.
Coordinate with the Service Department to verify meter readings and parts usage.
Inventory Management
Track and manage the inventory of toners, parts, equipment, and supplies, including warehouse stock and technician inventories.
Operational Support
Update and maintain client account records, equipment lists, and contract details.
Assist service technicians with parts lookups, availability checks, and inventory documentation.
Prepare reports on billing status, inventory movement, and usage trends.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role.
Experience in invoicing, inventory management, or administrative work (experience in the copier/printer industry is a major asset).
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Experience with a secure inventory or billing management software specific to the copier domain (a significant asset).
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with teams and clients.
Comfortable working in a dynamic service environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer service orientation and strong sense of responsibility.
Reliability and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
