Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
- Independently draft and prepare emails, expense reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain an efficient filing and document management system.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize the logistics for team meetings and events.
- Support special projects and assist with planning events related to the office.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Languages: Must be bilingual (French and English) with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. You should be proactive, reliable, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
English communication skills will be required for [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a regular basis
