Responsibilities
📌 Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk: Welcome and direct visitors, manage incoming phone calls, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, etc.).
Communications & Writing: Draft, update, and translate various internal/external documents and communications, respond to emails, and take minutes during management meetings.
Operations & Logistics Support:Prepare product samples to be sent to clients. Assist in organizing special projects and events (catering, food orders, etc.). Manage office supplies inventory, locker assignments, and building access cards.
Administrative & Financial Support: Receive parts in the maintenance management system, scan delivery slips for accounting, make bank deposits, and maintain organized offices and archive rooms.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in office automation/secretarial/administration, OR a High School Diploma with relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Languages: Fully bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written. (for external communication with colleages and clients based outside of Canada)
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office tools. Key Skills: Autonomous, reliable, punctual, diplomatic, tactful, and highly discreet.
