The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office, with a particular focus on data entry and supporting the marketing and administrative activities of various internal teams.

Responsibilities
Ensure data entry, updating, and tracking within internal systems (Excel).
Support the marketing team in the preparation and follow-up of campaigns and administrative projects.
Perform various administrative tasks: filing, document drafting, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate meeting logistics and internal communication.
Collaborate with different departments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or college degree in administration, marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in data entry and administrative management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in both French and English is required.
Proficient in Excel.
Knowledge of CRM tools and office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of marketing basics and support to marketing teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Customer service oriented and team player.
