We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control – Administrative Assistant to support our clients quality team in a fast-paced food manufacturing supply environment. Responsibilities
Maintain and update quality documentation (calibration logs, NCRs, inspection reports, controlled documents)
Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Assist with document revisions, approvals, and ISO-related updates
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
Support internal audits and organize required documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify information
Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager
Qualifications
High school diploma required; postsecondary education in Quality, Business, Engineering Technology, or Office Administration is an asset
3–5 years of relevant experience in quality control, document control, or administrative support
Experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and document management systems
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
