Responsibilities
In this role, there will be:
Reporting & Documentation
• Produce and compile regular and ad hoc reports to support Account Managers in tracking performance and client deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication Support
• Assist Account Managers in drafting professional correspondence, including letters and updates to stakeholders.
Project Coordination
• Monitor progress on client tasks and projects to help ensure timely and successful delivery.
General Administrative Duties
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and adapting to evolving team priorities.
Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and learn quickly in an ever changing and fast paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Administrative related experience
• Post-secondary education
