Our client, a leader in the financial industry, is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team for a one-year contract. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Managing Director and their team in Corporate Private Debt. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Managing Director and the team.
Coordinate inbound and outbound communications, with a focus on marketing-related content for the company's website and LinkedIn.
Act as a trusted support resource, coordinating all activities to meet the demands of ongoing priorities, including agenda management.
Organize and coordinate meetings, draft reports, and maintain updated agendas.
Handle business travel arrangements as needed.
Prepare and submit expense reports for approval.
Support the team with other administrative duties as required.
Proficient in taking minutes, calendar management, travel arrangement.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Administrative Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant position.
Strong sense of tact, diplomacy, and responsibility, with an unwavering commitment to quality.
Excellent ability to problem-solve and be highly adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a high comfort level with technology.
Experience with expense management systems like Concur is considered an asset.
Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.
