Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications with a highly positive demeanor.
Expense Management: Process and manage expense reports accurately using SAP Concur software.
Administrative Support: Assist the Administrative Manager, Tatianna, with various general administrative tasks as required.
Communication: Maintain high levels of professional and positive communication, ensuring a friendly and professional environment.
Qualifications
1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative, office, or receptionist role.
Proficiency in general office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
SAP Concur for expenses.
Summary
Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Background Check and provide 2 professional references prior to the start date.
