Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, schedule vital meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
• Oversee daily office logistics, including supply management and mail distribution, while serving as a primary point of contact.
• Organize internal and external meetings, prepare professional agendas, and manage catering for corporate events.
• Draft, format, and proofread professional correspondence and presentations in both French and English.
• Collaborate with other coordinators to streamline workflows and keep things running smoothly.
• Greet partners with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming first impression of the organization.
Qualifications
• Possess 1 to 5 years of proven experience in a dedicated administrative support role.
• Communicate fluently and professionally in both French and English (both oral and written).
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Apply exceptional organizational skills and discretion with confidential information to solve problems proactively.
• Have at least 1 year of professional experience specifically within the banking or financial sector.
• Maintain a polished demeanor and a steadfast dedication to providing high-quality service to all stakeholders.
