Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Department.
Coordinate and communicate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
Order, track, and maintain inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability.
Assist with project coordination and follow-ups.
Perform advanced data entry and reporting tasks using Microsoft Excel.
Support remote service/inventory functions for the Quebec branch.
Manage scheduling, documentation, and general office duties as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced level).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with inventory tracking or service department operations is an asset.
Bilingual (English/French) is a plus, but not required.
