As a rebate administrative clerk, you will be responsible for managing customer rebate and discount files in accordance with the various agreements, analyzing and following up on rebate requests. Skilled in validating data, producing follow-up reports and communicating with sales, accounting and customer service departments.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Update, compile and verify customer deductions by division
Prepare payment calculation files and payment requisitions
Enter and structure customer data in the system and in Excel
Keep agreement lists and customer files up to date
Manage discount-related e-mails and follow up on orders
Set up and maintain Excel tables (TDC, RecherV, SommeSi, etc.) Apply discounts in the system according to agreements. )
Apply rebates in the system according to agreements
Analyze and follow up rebate requests, produce follow-up reports and communicate with sales, accounting and customer service departments.
All other related tasks linked to rebate administration.
Qualifications
Profile required:
Advanced Excel skills: RecherV, SommeSi, TDC
Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
Bilingualism
Experience in a similar position
Organizational skills, meticulousness and autonomy
Analytical skills and rigor in data processing
Detail-oriented, results-driven and able to work autonomously
