Responsibilities
- Provides support within the workplace
- Manages mail and internal deliveries
- Handles supplies and inventory management
- Provides basic assistance with maintenance or facility-related requests
- Ensures workspaces remain organized and functional
- Supports the daily operational needs of employees and departments
Qualifications
- Strong ability to analyze and process documents
- Precision and attention to detail in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning software
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Organizational skills and efficiency in managing large volumes of documents
