Salary 43,000-45,000$
Medical and Dental after 3 months’ probation.

Responsibilities
Perform daily clerical duties including data entry, filing, and managing incoming/outgoing mail. Keep digital and physical records organized (contracts, permits, and warranties).
Oversee day-to-day office logistics, maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a welcoming and organized workspace.
Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for roof inspections, project estimates, and field crews.
Assist with basic invoicing, tracking material receipts, and monitoring office inventory to ensure the team has what it needs.
Responsible for reception area / conference room / kitchen
managing the front desk, acting as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and providing information
Conclude sales transactions, complete daily bank reconciliation reports, and purchases
Provide world-class support and build strong long-term relationships
Comply with all health and safety rules, laws and regulations
Coordination of all internal departments and products
Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
1 or more years of proven experience in retail, business, administrative support or service
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong administrative skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience in handling reception or phone calls
Willingness to succeed in a stable and growing company
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in French and English - written, spoken and comprehension.
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
