Schedule: Flexible 37.5-hour work week (start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM)
Work Mode: 100% on-site during the integration period, with the possibility of one day of remote work per week thereafter.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the administrative team, provide ongoing coaching, and manage the onboarding and integration of new members.
Performance Management: Conduct bi-weekly follow-ups, participate in performance evaluations, and produce weekly reports regarding departmental objectives.
Internal Expert: Act as the primary point of reference for the ERP system and internal procedures.
Project Administration: Create orders, verify customer credit, coordinate logistics between factories and delivery sites, and manage invoicing as well as legal notices (contract denunciations).
Process Improvement: Draft, maintain, and enhance administrative procedures for the department.
Qualifications
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in a similar coordination role or in project administrative management.
Language Skills: Impeccable bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders outside of Quebec.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and strong comfort level working with ERP systems.
Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, including invoicing, inventory management, and accounts payable.
Soft Skills: High energy and "drive," strong team spirit, exceptional organizational skills, and a sharp ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
