We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator in the Burlington area. This is a 1-month contract position paying $21.00–$23.00/hour (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in core business administration—handling high-volume data entry, database management, filing, and processing financial paperwork like invoices and purchase orders. Experience in the media industry is a great asset, but strong written and verbal English skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a positive "can-do" attitude are essential.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain accurate files, records, and administrative documentation
• Perform high-volume data entry and database management with precision and speed
• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and related financial paperwork
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members and assist with production paperwork
• Handle essential office tasks including filing, photocopying, answering phones, and scheduling
• Coordinate internal information and maintain organized digital and physical record systems
• Utilize advanced Excel features to maintain records and ensure data accuracy across departments
• Additional administrative duties as requested
Qualifications
• Advanced Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and database management
• Strong data entry capabilities with an emphasis on high accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of business administration practices and financial tracking (invoicing/POs)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
• Previous experience in the media industry or media workflows is a strong asset
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills
