Responsibilities
- Provide logistical and tactical support to the marketing and sales team – managing day to day functions of the department
- Maintain customer and business unit files
- Meeting Coordination
- Veritas/Promotional Review Process/Grant, Charitable Contribution, and Sponsorship Processing
- Budget Management, Compliance
- Assist in planning events, meetings, board events, etc
- Maintain and upload legal files
- Troubleshoot SAP/ARIBA software
- Submit donation requests, cheques, invoices, etc
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in Business, Science, or Arts is an asset
- Some administrative and customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly skilled with MS Office
- Some experience with SAP/ARIBA would be considered an advantage
- French is considered an advantage
- General knowledge of budgeting, marketing, and event planning
