🚀 Role Summary (Administrative-Operations Coordinator)
The Administrative-Operations Coordinator supports and improves daily workflows, including dispatch and scheduling, inventory management, time-tracking systems, and administrative coordination. This role ensures that systems and processes are organized, executed efficiently, and properly documented. The Coordinator works closely with service technicians, sales representatives, and administrative staff to keep operations running smoothly.

Location: Town of Mount Royal (TMR)
Salary: $50k - $60k
Flexible Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), but paid for 42 hours/week.
Benefits Plan: After 3 months, plan paid at 80% by the employer.
Pension/Retirement Contribution: 5% employee contribution, with a 5% employer match (10% total).
Vacation: 2 weeks (open to 3 weeks, depending on experience).
Work Setting: 100% in-office.
Team Environment: Great team.
Management: Accessible manager.
Parking: Parking available.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (English)
Assist management in developing and executing project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project tasks, resources, meetings, and information among teams.
Track progress and ensure proactive follow-up on outstanding tasks and deliverables, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Work with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm deliveries, and ensure timely execution.
Support the continuous improvement of operational workflows and tools.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (English)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in project coordination or administrative support within a service-oriented company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
