Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional, welcoming manner.

- Manage incoming calls, routing them to the correct internal contact.

- Distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing courier shipments.
- Monitor office supply inventory and proactively place re-orders.
- Provide clerical support to the facilities and executive teams.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in reception, customer service, or office administration.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in the Oakville office.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and executives.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
