Responsibilities
Handle administrative and clerical requests from the Customer Service team
•Responsible for customer data management in SAPB1
•Process master sales order and purchase order contracts
•Process customer purchase orders, including EDI orders
•Extract customer schedules from SAPB1
•Process canceled order requests
•Attach relevant documents to Sales Orders in SAPB1
•Process pricing updates
•Process item code updates
•Review SAPB1 dashboards and take appropriate action
•Replace CAS team members during vacation/OOO periods as IPOC (service group CAS email)
•Help manage customer platforms (uploading documents, schedules, etc.)
•Responsible for new item code creation in SAPB1
•Ad hoc admin tasks
Qualifications
•Excellent attention to detail
•Experience working in administration 2 years +
•Data entry experience
•English spoken with a functional French
•English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
•High importance of accuracy
•Strong organizational skills
•Strong time management skills
•Ability to find and correct mistakes
•Ability to multitask effectively
•Ability to comply with deadlines
•Strong priority management skills
•High concentration and focus
•Comfortable working independently
