Responsibilities
Order Management: Receive and process orders and product specifications provided by sales representatives, verifying the accuracy of information (models, quantities, pricing).
Internal Coordination: Track project timelines and orchestrate communication between the Sales team, Production, and the Warehouse to ensure deadlines are met.
Procurement Support: Ensure that order information is accurately transmitted to the purchasing department for proper sourcing of components.
Documentation Support: Maintain up-to-date project files (quotes, purchase orders, technical specifications), and generate status reports for management.
Manufacturing/Delivery Follow-up: Follow up with the warehouse and logistics regarding the preparation, packaging, and shipping of orders.
Systems: Ensure the accurate entry and maintenance of project data in the ERP/CRM system.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in order coordination, project management, or sales support, ideally in an environment related to technical products.
Education: College Diploma (DEC) in Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field.
Language Skills: Essential Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, to manage internal communications and technical documents.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel software for tracking and analyzing project data.
Qualities: Organization, strong internal service orientation, proactivity, and ability to manage a high volume of information with precision.
