The Administrative Order Cycle & Inventory Clerk is responsible for performing the administrative and data-focused tasks required to manage the inventory life cycle. This includes data entry : processing orders, reconciling stock levels, and ensuring the accuracy of the inventory management system (IMS) to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities đ
Order Cycle Administration
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors to confirm order status, schedule delivery dates, and resolve any issues related to shipping, shortages, or damaged goods.
Invoicing & Cost Tracking: Calculate order costs, verify invoices against received goods and POs, and forward documentation to the Accounts Payable department for payment.
Documentation: Maintain organized electronic and physical files for all receiving documents, including POs, packing slips, and commercial invoices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills â
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associateâs Degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, inventory control.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting and analysis).
Experience using an Inventory Management System (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
