Typical Responsibilities:
- Managing office correspondence and coordinating schedules.
- Supporting departments with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Providing professional front-desk reception and client service.
- Assisting with special projects or seasonal surges in workload.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in an administrative support role (Reception, Admin Assistant, Data Entry, or Office Coordination).
- Bilingualism: High-level fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential to navigate our local business landscape.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). If you’re a "pivot table pro," we definitely want to talk!
- Adaptability: You thrive in new environments and can "hit the ground running" with a positive attitude.
