Salary: $23 to $28 / hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Full-time (On-site)
Responsibilities
Inter-departmental Liaison: Act as the central point of contact to facilitate seamless communication between sales, production, and finance departments.
Order Management: Oversee the full order cycle, from initial entry to invoicing, ensuring high data accuracy.
Logistics Support: Coordinate shipments and track delivery timelines with carriers and suppliers.
Service Coordination: Schedule service interventions or client appointments and ensure rigorous follow-up on active files.
Internal Support: Assist management and teams with report preparation, complex calendar management, and the optimization of administrative processes.
Qualifications
Perfect Bilingualism: Ability to communicate confidently in both French and English (verbal and written).
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in an administrative coordination or logistics role.
Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel) and ideally experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and a problem-solving mindset.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
