Responsibilities
-Scan documents received by the disability department.
-Set up direct deposits for disability files.
-Process invoice payments.
-Deposit and handle incoming checks.
-In collaboration with the rest of the team, share the following tasks:
-Manage the department’s email inboxes.
-Receive and process mail from Canada Post.
-Coordinate the sending of documents via courier or special delivery services.
-Distribute check copies.
-Prepare checks for issuing.
-Close disability files.
Qualifications
-Relevant post-secondary education or have approximately one year of experience in a similar role.
-Have a strong customer service orientation.
-Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English
-Possess a very good command of French, both spoken and written.
-Be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.
