📌 Temporary Position – Administrative Support Clerk (2 weeks)
📍 Industrial district of Longueuil 🕗 Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Advantages

- 100% on-site, located in Longueuil’s industrial district
- Fixed daytime schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Salary: $25.70
Responsibilities
- Mail and internal logistics support
- Coordinate mailroom activities: daily pickup from Agropur and distribution to our internal mailroom
- Prepare and send out packages via Purolator
- Manage coffee service (replenishment, internal orders, ensure machine is functioning properly)
- Monitor facilities and report any building-related issues
- Reception and basic administrative tasks
- Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Answer incoming calls when needed
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Completed high school diploma
- 1 year of experience in an administrative, reception, or operational support role
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
