Location: Halifax, NS (In office 5 days per week)
Duration: 12 to 16 months (with possibility of permance)

Performs advanced, diversified, and highly confidential administrative assignments for a designated group, team, leader (leadership / executive), senior level leader(s), or leadership team. The candidate will perform several functions of the Business Financial Office (BFO) located in Halifax, NS, Canada.

Responsibilities
• Gains familiarity with standard Administrative Assistance standards and practices.
• With guidance, performs specific administrative duties, including:
• BFO and CSC phone coverage
• Daily Reports
• PPR Account Applications
• Account Maintance
• JCA Account Applications
• NSPay Escalations
• NSPay Auto refunds
• CC Reconciliation reports
• CC Reconciliation refunds
• BFO Mailbox monitoring and actioning
Qualifications
Previous office administration experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet daily deadlines
Comfortable working independently
