To work closely with members of the marketing team and will be keep up to date on expediting and exceptions folders & incoming requests. Updating pricing and lead times on POs, resolving shipping requests and POs on hold. Manage bridge operations.

Responsibilities:
• Resolve on hold POs.
• Update system/POs with the most up to date information from vendors
• Pass product availability information & pricing along to customers
• Keep Expediting folders up to date and reply to all requests in a timely manner
• Inform pricing and sales teams of any discontinued items or price changes to be made
• Manage bridge (back up for employees on vacation)
• Resolve all exceptions requests
• Understand, Support and Implement ISO 9001:2015 Standard
You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Excel & Word
• Experience with outlook
• Diplomacy
Required Languages:
• Written and spoken French is required.
• Written and spoken English* is required.
• (Some platforms and/or customers may only speak English (US, ROC, and International Markets))
