Position: Training Coordinator
Shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day

Responsibilities
• Book hotel accommodations for training sessions and consolidate invoices monthly.
• Plan and coordinate all secondary training, ensuring certificate issuance and TMS record updates are current.
• Audit and cross-check completed course files for accuracy and completeness.
• Issue certificates upon completion of all course requirements (theory and practical).
• Manage and execute JIRA ticket requirements from the client.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and provide administrative support for client training needs.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet client expectations and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Offer support to colleagues as needed.
• Respond to all internal and external inquiries within 24 hours.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with office administration processes and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
