In this hands-on technical role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Adobe Workfront platform to support end-to-end workflow governance across creative, operations, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) teams. Working in a hybrid model, you will translate business requirements into scalable Workfront configurations—building custom forms, conditional logic, request queues, project templates, approval workflows, and role-based dashboards. You will collaborate closely with integration developers to ensure all platform objects, field names, and status triggers align with connected system automation workflows.
Duration: 4-Month Contract (Focused Platform Configuration & Optimization Mandate)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days per week on-site: Monday through Thursday)

Responsibilities
Core Platform Configuration: Configure and maintain essential Workfront objects, including request queues, custom forms, project templates, task structures, approval processes, and custom statuses.
Custom Form & Field Logic: Build and manage advanced custom form logic, including conditional display rules, calculated fields, cascading dropdowns, and lists of values.
Access Control & Governance: Set up and manage user groups, access levels, teams, and permission structures aligned with business personas and security policies.
Reporting & Dashboards: Design and configure role-based reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into workflow health, queue status, and asset processing progress.
Routing & Assignment Logic: Define and maintain automated routing rules to ensure work items are directed to appropriate teams based on lookup tables and business logic.
Integration Alignment: Collaborate with integration and automation teams to ensure Workfront object properties, field names, and status values align with trigger logic in connected applications.
Documentation & Testing: Document all configuration decisions, object dependencies, and change histories for governance; support UAT by configuring test scenarios and resolving defects.
Qualifications
Adobe Workfront Configuration Depth: 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and maintaining the Adobe Workfront platform.
Form & Workflow Architecture: Practical experience building custom forms, conditional display rules, calculated fields, project templates, and approval pathways.
User Management & Security: Demonstrated experience configuring Workfront access levels, user groups, team permissions, and layout templates.
Reporting & Analytics: Experience creating custom reports, matrix views, and role-based dashboards within Workfront.
Technical Literacy & Integration Awareness: Understanding of how Workfront configurations map to external system triggers, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Workfront Fusion).
Agile & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written documentation skills, with experience participating in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
