Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate, clear, and detailed information while actively listening to client needs.
- Track, log, and follow up on requests to ensure timely resolution, escalating issues when necessary.
- Work independently and collaboratively, following procedures, showing responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Excellent bilingual communication abilities (verbal and written).
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- 2–3 years of call center or customer service experience.
