Responsibilities
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for assigned teams, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Maintain well-defined, prioritized, and sprint-ready backlogs in Azure DevOps in collaboration with Product Owners.
Ensure sprint commitments are clear, measurable, and achievable.
Track and communicate sprint progress, risks, and impediments to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and follow-through on improvements.
Support coordination across multiple product teams to manage dependencies and delivery alignment.
Promote and reinforce Agile best practices and team accountability.
Provide visibility into team capacity, velocity, and delivery predictability
Qualifications
2+ years of experience functioning as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in a delivery environment.
Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies. (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps. (Boards, backlogs, sprint tracking)
Experience managing and maintaining Agile backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent Agile certification
Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master)
