Responsibilities
· Approved business cases AI opportunities
· Micro-solutions / pilots delivered per business case
· Prioritized AI-opportunities backlog
· Enterprise AI Platform recommendation
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of experience in solutions delivery, consulting, business analysis, product management, digital transformation, or technology strategy roles.
· Experience identifying, assessing, and implementing technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
· Knowledge of AI solution evaluation, implementation considerations, and value realization approaches.
· Knowledge of AI technologies, including AI agents and agentic workflows, AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), generative AI, machine learning concepts, intelligent automation and workflows, large language models (LLMS), and prompt engineering.
· Understanding of enterprise AI platforms and services such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and other cloud-based AI platforms.
· Understanding of data governance, data quality, privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
· Knowledge of business process improvement, service design, and digital transformation practices.
· Strong stakeholder relationship management and influence cross-functional stakeholder groups, including executive leadership, business units, and technology teams.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
