In this high-impact consulting role, you will support two cornerstone technology workstreams: accelerating Agentic Commerce capabilities through pre-peak site optimizations, and leading the discovery, requirements gathering, and vendor selection for an enterprise iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) initiative. Serving as a crucial bridge between product, architecture, engineering, and business teams, you will focus on enhancing e-commerce site crawlability and structured data schemas while evaluating next-generation integration platforms. This position is ideal for a Senior BSA who pairs deep technical literacy in APIs, backend data flows, and digital commerce architectures with top-tier requirements facilitation skills.

At the Forefront of Agentic AI Commerce: Gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge Agentic AI and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts transforming modern digital retail.
Dual Strategic Workstreams: Balance technical e-commerce optimizations with enterprise-level iPaaS architecture discovery and vendor evaluation.
High-Visibility Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-functional discovery workshops with senior architecture, engineering, and business leads.
Stable Engagement with Growth Potential: Kick off a 6-month contract with a clear pathway for extension across future digital transformation phases.
Responsibilities
Workstream 1: Agentic Commerce & Site Optimization
Search & Crawlability Enhancements: Support pre-peak e-commerce site optimizations focused on improving site readability, crawlability, and data structured schemas for agentic AI tools and search engines.
Data Schema & Attribute Optimization: Leverage knowledge of SEO/GEO, product feeds, and structured data attributes to optimize product information architectures.
Proof of Concept (PoC) Coordination: Support 3rd-party vendor PoC initiatives evaluating attribute optimization algorithms and feedback loops for agentic search use cases.
Workstream 2: iPaaS Discovery & Vendor Selection
Requirements Elicitation: Gather, document, and refine complex functional and non-functional requirements across business, product, and enterprise technology groups.
Vendor Selection & RFP Execution: Facilitate RFI/RFP processes, coordinate vendor evaluations, structure scoring matrices, and formulate architectural recommendations for a new iPaaS solution.
Integration Mapping: Map out APIs, microservices, data flows, and backend platform integrations to guide future-state system architecture.
Workshop Facilitation: Lead stakeholder alignment workshops and establish clear traceability between business objectives and technical specifications.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) leading requirements engineering across large, cross-functional digital programs.
Technical Depth & Integration Literacy: Strong, practical background understanding APIs, data flows, backend integrations, and middleware systems (iPaaS).
