Summary of Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
Proven experience in AI strategy.
Solid understanding of artificial intelligence tools and platforms.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders.
Good knowledge of agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
Required Skills
Experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Power Platform, Copilot).
Knowledge of prompt engineering and low-code development environments.
Experience in change management or digital transformation.

AI Education & Advocacy
Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and demos for senior business users and leadership to showcase the value of existing AI tools (Copilot, for example)
Develop tailored agents and prompt libraries to help teams integrate AI into their regular workflows and provide a foundation for them to build on top of with the support of the central AI team.
Opportunity Identification & Pilot Design
Analyze business processes to uncover areas where AI can drive measurable improvements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for small agile teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria for AI pilots and help them navigate process transformation and change management to ensure successful delivery and adoption of pilots
Hands-On AI Implementation
Hands on engagement in developing prototypes (no/low code) and validating end-to-end AI solutions.
Ensure pilots are scalable and help define and demonstrate how they can be seamlessly integrated into existing business processes and technologies.
Qualifications
