In this high-visibility, 100% remote consulting role, you will serve as the central coordination point across ServiceNow, Automation, Observability, Infrastructure, Security, and Application engineering teams to scale AI-driven operational capabilities across the organization. You will manage the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and execution of AIOps use cases while establishing governance frameworks, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting. Leveraging your expertise in business value realization, you will develop ROI models, track cost savings and productivity gains, and maintain the strategic portfolio roadmap to drive operational excellence.

Portfolio Management & Intake: Oversee the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of AI, AIOps, and automated workflow use cases across IT operations.
Governance & Executive Reporting: Facilitate governance processes, portfolio reviews, steering committees, and decision-tracking logs; create executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and leadership presentations.
Business Value Realization: Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI models, tracking tangible business outcomes including cost reduction, incident reduction, and productivity gains.
Cross-Functional Program Coordination: Lead cross-stream delivery and align dependencies across ServiceNow, Observability, Infrastructure, Security, Application Engineering, and vendor partners.
Roadmap & Risk Ownership: Maintain the master AIOps portfolio roadmap, identifying critical path dependencies, mitigating risks, and providing data-driven recommendations for funding and prioritization.
Qualifications
Program & PMO Leadership Depth: 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology programs, portfolios, or transformation PMO initiatives.
AIOps & Operations Scaling: Demonstrated track record scaling AI-driven operational capabilities and automation workflows across multi-disciplinary IT organizations.
Value Realization & Financial Acumen: Proven ability to define KPI frameworks, build ROI financial models, and measure business value realization for large-scale technology investments.
Executive Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with extensive experience leading steering committee forums and advising executive leadership.
Analytical & Strategic Problem Solving: Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate portfolio health, balance competing technical priorities, and resolve cross-functional delivery blockers.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Strategic background or project leadership experience involving ServiceNow, NowAssist, or IT Workflow Automation platforms.
Practical understanding of enterprise IT Observability, monitoring architectures, and metrics reporting.
